Junior Membership Opened Thursday, October 1, 2020

Junior players can begin the membership registration process on October 1st.  For many this will be a Tryout Membership at only $10 so they will have insurance coverage during the tryout period.  This Tryout Membership cost will be applied to a full membership upon upgrade.

All member registrations this season will be completed in the Sport Engine system and a parent for each player will need to set up an account to register their junior.  Please see the instructions provide under the Parents tad on the SRVA.org homepage.

Next Junior Club Director Zoom Meeting 

Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 7:30 PM EDT.  Topics will include updates on Member Registration System including Junior Registration and forming Teams as well as the upcoming Tournament Entry date.  Please send additional topics for this meeting to Steve Kenyon (srvacommissioner@gmail.com) or Keith Weller (kcw2161@gmail.com).

SRVA non -Wavered Tournament Entry Opens

Sunday, November 29, 2020 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time

Registration for tournaments through the SRVA online system will begin November 29th at 2:00 PM Eastern.  Clubs that are hosting tournaments and want to preregister their own teams, please send requests to Brenda at ichicat@aol.com prior to this date.  Request on or after the entry period opens will be treated as all other requests and be accepted on a first come first serve basis.

Please be sure to add funds to your club account prior to entering your teams as your entries cannot be completed or space in tournaments held until your entry and payment has been completed.  Also be sure your teams are complete with at least 6 players and a Head Coach before entry.

Tournament Sanction Requests Opened September 15, 2020

Please be sure you or your administrator that is requesting the tournament sanction has completed the member registration process including safesport training and background check before requesting approval.  Please see the instructions under the Tournaments and Hosting Information tabs listed  as  INSTRUCTIONS FOR REQUESTING A JUNIOR TOURNAMENT ON THE SRVA ONLINE SYSTEM.

Note - After completing the tournament sanction form in the SRVA Online system, you need to request approval when ready to have your tournament approved.  Use the RED button under Tournaments-Hosting Information titled "2020-2021 Request to Sanction My Tournament."
