SRVA Individual Financial Assistance Request

A grant of up to $100 may be awarded to an individual who resides within the Southern Region and is a current member of the Southern Region, This grant is intended to assist them in engaging in SRVA volleyball activities.

ELIGIBILTY: Each player, or participant subject to the request must reside in the Southern Region and be current members of the Southern Region. 

Financial need will be determined by their or their family’s eligibility for the Federal Free or Reduced Price Lunch Program, or similar Federal or State program based on income. Each applicant for this assistance will be required to submit proof of their or their family’s current eligibility for the Federal Free or Reduced Price Lunch Program, or similar Federal or State program based on income. 

GRANTS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED IN THE ORDER THAT THEY ARE APPROVED. GRANT AWARDS ARE SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. AWARDS WILL NOT EXCEED THE BUDGETED AMOUNT APPROVED FOR THIS PROGRAM.
