For Girls U15, U17, U19 & Boys U17, U19 Tryouts, Video Submission is accepted in lieu of an in person tryout.  It is strongly encouraged for all interested athletes to attend an in person SRVA HP Tryout. If an athlete has a conflict and/or has other commitments, a special consideration opportunity for Video Tryout is made available. These athletes must still register for tryouts as well as submit a video for tryout review.   Please review the Video Submission Guidelines & Process below.  Videos NOT following the guidelines & written process will not be accepted & reviewed.

1. Send only 1 link 

   • Link must be working

   • Platform hosting the link cannot require log in or an account - a private YouTube link is recommended.

2. The film will be watched from 00:00.  Please ensure that this is where your athlete enters/is on the court.

3. Match film is required - cuts in between rallies, timeouts or when your athlete enters/exits the game are acceptable.

   • Scrimmages are acceptable if you do not have official match film.

   • NO “highlight” films.

4. NO LONGER than 4 min - we will not watch any farther.

1. Register for Tryouts & be sure to choose "Video Submission"

2. Submit Video using the link by submission date

   • Video submission deadline of 5/1/24 Girls U15, U17, U19 & Boys U17, U19

   • Video submission deadline of 5/9/24 for Girls U13

   • Any video submitted after this date may NOT BE ACCEPTED OR CONSIDERED.

3. Submitting party will receive a receipt of submission email from the Google Form.  Please save for your receipt.

   • Videos NOT following the guidelines & written process will not be accepted & reviewed regardless of receipt.

4. Athletes choosing to tryout via video submission process are NOT eligible to attend in-person tryouts

   •  An Athlete failing to meet the submission deadline would need to attend in person tryouts if they still wish to be considered. ​​​​​​

5. Absolutely NO REFUNDS once a video is submitted or the video submission deadline is reached.

6. Video Submission athletes WILL NOT receive a tryout t-shirt.
