There are 3 Tests to choose from:
2009-2010 USAV VOLLEYBALL THEORETICAL EXAM - *FORM A* = All currently certified Regional, Jr. Nationals & Nationals.
2009-2010 USAV VOLLEYBALL THEORETICAL EXAM - *FORM C* = All first time USAV Referees & Re-Certifying Provisionals
2009-2010 USAV VOLLEYBALL THEORETICAL EXAM - *FORM C* = All USAV Scorekeepers.
Reminder:
Prior to officiating as an In-Process Scorekeeper or Referee you must complete ALL of the following:
- Attend/View a SRVA Officials Clinic.
- Join the SRVA as a regular member ( memberships expire OCT.. 1 of each year)
- Take the On-line test.
- If you will be officiating Juniors volleyball you must be background screened.
- forms are available on this website.
- Background screens are good for two years.
FAQ:
Q: Where is the password?
A: The password for each test is located in the clinics that are available on-line.
Q: If I don't do well on the test should I take it over?
A: No, only the first attempt at the test counts.
Q: I took the last year do I have to take it again this year?
A: Yes, Everyone takes the test every year to ensure that your knowledge of rules and techniques is current.
Q: I only missed one question do I still need to send in my corrections?
A: Yes, each test must be corrected to 100%.
Q: I was certified several years ago do I have to take the test?
A: Yes, certification must be maintained year to year.
Q: I was certified in another region last year what do I do?
A: Contact either Steve Kenyon or Kim Kenyon
Q: I don't have to take the clinic this year, how do I get the password?
A: All Referees need to take the clinic each year, Scorekeepers contact the appropriate officials chair directly;
