It is North of I-565 and West of Hwy 231 (Memorial Parkway).
From HWY 231 (Memorial Parkway), turn West on to Mastin Lake Rd. Travel one tenth of a mile.
Turn right on Kenwood Dr. Turn left on York Rd.
Gym entrance is on the left.
