From Knoxville:
Take I-40 to I-81 North towards Bristol.
Take I-81 North to Exit 57(I-181 North towards Kingsport).
Take I-181 North to the Wilcox Drive exit (Exit 51).
Take a right at the end of the exit ramp onto John B. Dennis Highway (Highway 93 North).
Go 3 to 4 miles to the school entrance which is on your right.
Enter the lot.
Follow and gym will be on your left.
